PRAXIS
The AI coach for product people
Praxis by Emergn is an AI-powered product management platform built to help founders, product managers, and teams make sharper decisions faster. Its AI product coach, Stella, works alongside people rather than replacing them, turning canvases, customer profiles, and roadmaps into defensible calls. Launched by the global technology and management consultancy Emergn, Praxis set out to bring modern product thinking to a focused, fast-moving professional audience, with Ruckus running paid media, social creative and video, competitive intelligence, and performance reporting.

A niche that rewards authority, not noise
Product management is a craft-led niche. The conversation is concentrated and authority-led, and a new name has to earn its place in it. Praxis began from a standing start, no paid history, no proven audience, no validated message, so every dollar had to buy learning first, not reach alone. And the category talks workflows, not AI buzzwords, so the work had to sound like the audience, not shout at it.

Read the market before spending a dollar
Ruckus mapped the players shaping the category, Reforge, Productboard, ChatPRD, and Thrive AI, across paid spend and social listening. Three things came back clearly. Authority is concentrated: Reforge holds 66.4 percent of category share of voice and Productboard 32 percent, a focused professional audience rather than a broad market. The AI-native narrative is open white space, barely registering in a workflow-first conversation. And Meta is the battleground, with competitors concentrating budget on Instagram and Facebook while short-form video sits nearly empty across the field.
The message had to sound like the work
Ruckus put real product voices on camera and let them teach, then watched which ideas earned attention and which converted. Short vertical films featured Praxis and Emergn practitioners, Alex, Marika, and Steve, walking through methods teams actually use, the Product Strategy Canvas and MoSCoW prioritization, backed by a repeatable starring statements format designed to flex across feed, story, and carousel. One concept pulled ahead of everything else: tool sprawl elimination, tangible, behavioral, grounded in real workflow pain, and free of AI hype.
With a winner emerging, testing gave way to efficiency. Ruckus removed the broad Advantage+ set and consolidated spend on the two highest-signal segments, founders and product users, raised signal density so learning ran faster and conversions steadied, and ran on a clear stop-and-scale framework: scale what works, pause what doesn't, never break the learning phase.
A standing start, turned into signal
In a single reporting month, from a paid account that began with no history and no proven audience, the campaign reached 2,401 people and delivered 43,500 impressions, 21,100 landing page views, 55 post engagements, 401 Get Started actions, and 8 new account sign-ups.
More important than the totals was what they proved. Founders and product managers are the audiences to scale first. Tool sprawl elimination is a repeatable, scalable creative angle. And the disciplined engine behind them, focused audiences and a stop-and-scale framework, is ready to compound.
