Iconic Auto Show Returns to NYC
The New York International Auto Show, one of the nation’s first international automobile shows, is a hallmark of the car industry with a unique combination of new automotive ideas, ride-and-drive experiences, technological innovation, exceptional concept vehicles, and all the latest new cars and trucks. After two missed years due to COVID-19, they retained Ruckus to elevate the car show across digital channels.
Ruckus was tasked with strategizing and deploying a robust digital marketing effort toward the 2022 New York Auto Show. This required careful planning to craft a digital strategy to drive ticket sales and event awareness as live events started to return.
Our efforts showed strong success with high ticket sales, social media engagements, and increased CTR to drive conversions.
The social media campaign focused on driving brand awareness, ticket sales, and overall user excitement for the event. Utilizing the latest social platform features like Instagram Reels and Collabs, we partnered with several automakers attending the show to promote different displays and further grow reach and engagements. The strategy involved seven digital activations during the month of the show, as well as reposting UGC each day during the event, both leading to increased fan excitement and engagement.
Ruckus provided an updated web experience for ticket purchasers for the 2022 show. Updates featured a sleek user experience that resulted in increased metrics across the board for web visitors.
Spreading Brand Awareness
Digital campaigns on Google and Facebook did a tremendous job spreading brand awareness and reach by delivering 1.5M impressions in the two-month campaign.
