LERO GOLF
Golf apparel built for the women who play it
Lero Golf is a women's golf apparel brand built on a simple conviction: the game deserves clothing actually designed for the women who play it. Its premium, high-performance polos, skorts, dresses, and outerwear are made for movement, comfort, and confidence at every stage of a woman's game.
Ruckus was engaged to build the brand's strategic foundation, positioning, pillars, voice, and tagline, to bring that world to life through Studio photography and video, and to carry it onto the floor of the 2025 PGA Merchandise Show with a fully produced trade show debut.

A brand before its story
For decades, women's golfwear meant menswear resized and recolored, forcing a choice between pieces that perform and pieces women actually want to wear. Golf can be intimidating at every level, so the brand had to welcome the beginner at the range as warmly as the seasoned club player. Lero had product and conviction, but no defined positioning, pillars, or voice to carry that conviction consistently into market.

Four pillars, a tagline, and a hexagon
Ruckus defined four brand pillars. Performance: apparel built for freedom of movement, comfort, and breathability through long hours of play. Thoughtful design: like club selection, every choice of fabric, fit, and pattern matters. Confidence: youthful colors and prints that stand out without feeling over the top. And welcoming: open to everyone in the sport, from beginners slicing drives at the range to club players birdieing par 5s.
The voice is confident, elegant, and encouraging: language that inspires confidence without being overly technical or exclusive, and welcoming copy that engages golfers of all skill levels. The recommended tagline, Designed for the Game, was chosen from four concepts Ruckus developed, from Confidence in Every Swing to Game Ready. Four words that put intent where the category put decoration.
The identity system is built on the hexagon, the dimple of a golf ball, running through the logo, secondary marks, patterns, and packaging in Lero Green and Lero Navy, with Poiret One for display type and Open Sans for text, all codified in guidelines spanning logo, color, typography, photography, backgrounds, and hangtags.
The brand, in front of the lens
Strategy on paper only matters if it survives contact with the camera. Ruckus Studio shot a full on-model photography campaign for the collection, with art direction, styling, and casting aligned to the brand's confident, welcoming world, plus a hero brand film produced alongside the stills. Imagery was produced and delivered for print, web, and social, from lookbook and catalog pages to the brand's digital storefront.
A debut built for the show floor
Ruckus designed and produced Lero's industry debut at the 2025 PGA Merchandise Show, January 21 to 24 at the Orange County Convention Center: a 10 by 20 foot custom environment at Booth 5480, West Concourse, with 200 square feet of floor-to-ceiling walls dressed in the collection and backlit 3D logos and large-format graphics carrying the Studio photography down every aisle.
A 12-tile LED video wall at the center of the booth ran the campaign film on loop, and Ruckus managed the whole build from concept and 3D mockups through installation, show days, and dismantle. The foundation now carries the brand at lerogolf.com, which leads with Lero's confidence-and-performance story.
