01The Client

Riders in a bucket, 230 feet up

Wonderlift is a mobile aerial attraction that raises riders high above a city for a new vantage point on the places they thought they knew. The founder's vision was gloriously literal: real aerial cranes lifting people as high as 230 feet in an open-air platform, then rolling on to the next skyline. Designed for sightseers, adventurers, and shared experiences, it needed a brand as first-of-its-kind as the ride, and Ruckus built it from the ground up: naming, identity, strategy, and website.

02The Brief

The category didn't exist, so neither did the playbook

An attraction with no peers needed a name and a voice that made a brand-new experience feel instantly understood: thrilling, safe, and worth the climb. Riders had to grasp what it is, how it works, and that it is safe, all in a glance, so the identity had to carry adrenaline and reassurance at the same time. And Wonderlift would launch in New York with the ambition to travel the world, so the brand had to read as global from day one.

03The Work

One word for wonder and lift

Ruckus named the brand Wonderlift, fusing the awe of the view with the mechanics of the ride. Three rising dots and a clean geometric mark read as motion and altitude, a brand that literally lifts off the page, under the primary tagline Keep Wondering and the secondary line One story at a time.

The system runs on a single, electric signal: Wonderlift Red against ink and cloud, one loud color doing the heavy lifting so the brand feels bold and confident without ever feeling busy. Four pillars hold the story up: a skill for thrill, safety first backed by decades of height-access expertise, a vantage point that migrates to the most spectacular sites, and an experience made to be shared.

Then Ruckus made the machine itself the biggest billboard. Every surface of the lift was mapped: roof, hood, cab, and back panel, plus boom graphics with altitude markers and SKY ADVENTURE TOURS running the length of the arm, so the ride reads as Wonderlift from the street and from the sky.

04The Website

Turning wonder into a booking

The site had one job: make a brand-new experience feel clear, safe, and irresistible, then move a visitor from curious to booked. It leads with open sky, big type, and a single obvious next step, Buy Ticket, with buying, details, and locations one tap away. Real rider reactions sit front and center, a #Wonderlift gallery is built to grow, and the sign-off carries newsletter, franchise, and press paths.

05The Outcome

Live over New York

GoWonderlift.com is live and selling tickets, with lift sites running from the Brooklyn Bridge to Central Park. Behind it stands a whole identity built from zero for a category that had none: a name, a logo, a tone of voice, the Keep Wondering platform, and a digital home structured to make the experience clear and safe, and to turn wonder into booked rides.
