ALLIANCE PHARMA
Three brands, one engine
Alliance Pharma is an international consumer healthcare company with a portfolio of trusted over-the-counter brands. Its U.S. lineup is led by Amberen, the clinically studied menopause relief supplement, alongside Vamousse, the pesticide-free lice treatment, and ScarAway, the medical-grade silicone scar care brand, all shelf-proven names sold through national retail and Amazon.
Ruckus was engaged as the portfolio's marketing engine: organic social and community, the full email program, and creative design across all three brands, plus studio and video production, then writing, testing, and producing the national campaign that changed how Amberen talks to its audience.

Categories nobody likes to talk about
Menopause, lice, and scars are conditions millions of households manage, usually discussed in whispers. These are legacy over-the-counter brands built for the retail shelf, and growth meant meeting customers with honesty and warmth instead of embarrassment. Distribution ran deep through national retail and Amazon, but the direct channels, email, social, and community, needed dedicated hands and a consistent voice across three brands, each carrying its own audience, cadence, and creative needs without missing a beat.
Publishing, mailing, and designing since 2022
Ruckus runs daily social publishing across Instagram and Facebook, a full email program of promotional and educational campaigns, and designed creative across the portfolio, one team publishing, mailing, and designing for three distinct brands every week since 2022. After the first year in market, Alliance signed an expanded 2024 partnership adding media strategy and a rapid A/B testing engine across email and paid media, plus budgeting, reporting, and analytics, on a term built to carry the work through late 2025.
Menopause is natural. Talking about it should be too.
Ruckus concepted The Other Talk campaign for Amberen in early 2023, storyboarded and audience-tested it twice, then shot the live-action spot in June 2023 and cut it for every channel the brand runs, from a 30-second hero to social and retailer end-tags. Storyboard and animatic each went in front of more than 1,000 women aged 35 to 55, and the creative beat category benchmarks across appeal, purchase intent, and shareability, for 75 finished assets across video, photo, and audio.
Quiet categories, growing loud
The channels Ruckus built and runs delivered real growth: 87,132 new email subscribers added to the Amberen database, total organic social impressions up across the portfolio, email-attributed revenue climbing on more orders, and email click-through rates in the 80th percentile of the industry. Three categories most people manage in whispers, grown loud, on channels Ruckus built and still runs.
