Experience the Cosmos

VAST Data has officially introduced Cosmos, an AI community and platform launching October 1, 2024, to aid in the acceleration of AI infrastructure development and adoption. 

Last fall, Ruckus worked in partnership with VAST Data to bring together 30 top tech CEOs for a collaborative summit to launch Cosmos; a community driven ecosystem to simplify the development and deployment of AI. Early members of Cosmos include NVIDIA, Deloitte, and Cisco. 

Cosmos offers labs, use cases, expert content, and collaborative events, simplifying AI deployment. It’s the first AI community built by practitioners, for practitioners, connecting developers, researchers, and enterprises. Early members include NVIDIA, Deloitte, and Cisco. 

Features include hands-on labs, knowledge sharing via Discord and forums, and vendor showcases. Built on the VAST Data Platform, Cosmos unifies storage, database, compute, and event streaming, forming an AI OS. It includes InsightEngine with NVIDIA for real-time data ingestion and native support for various workloads at exascale. CEO Renen Hallak states Cosmos will accelerate discovery and empower innovation. Cosmos aims to break down AI infrastructure silos and provide a launchpad for scalable AI, transforming VAST Data into an ecosystem orchestrator.
